Time: All year.
About: Spend some time in the kitchen with our favorite Yucatan born-Chef Mateo Granados (mateoscocinalatina.com) and learn to make one of his signature dishes while enjoying historic Healdsburg, in the heart of northern Sonoma wine country. Then enjoy a chef’s dinner at his restaurant, Mateo’s Cocina Latina .

Mateo is one of the top in demand chefs in the North Bay and has worked at some of regions top spots including holding positions as chef de cuisine under Julian Serrano at Masa’s and was chef at the renowned Manka’s Inverness Lodge, before coming to Healdsburg to become executive chef at Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen. A hallmark of Mateo’s menu is its reliance upon the sustainably produced food brought to the kitchen daily by the farmers, ranchers, and seafood providers with whom he works.
