The Palace Hotel in all its Splendor!

I had the unique opportunity to visit “behind the scenes” at the Magnificent Beautiful Palace Hotel in San Francisco. I had a very special tour given to me by the Historian, of the Garden Court, I visited with the executive chef who showed me the “Stewart Area” ( Dish washing and Polishing) and how to make their signature salad , I decorated a cake with the the Pastry Chef, and I explored the enormous boiler room with the head electrician. We finished our tour with the Palace Hotel Historian in the Presidential Suite. I did all of this, in partnership with My Source TV.
